General Tarot Reading Policies

1) I will not read for anyone under 18 without consent from a parent, guardian, or accompanying adult.

2) I will not read regarding the activities of another person who is not present unless the reading involves your relationship with that individual.

3) I will not read for any client who is clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

4) I reserve the right to choose my clients, and to terminate a reading at any time, for any reason.

5) Payment for tarot services is expected at the time the service is rendered.  You may pay with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or PayPal (for telephone readings and parties only).

 

Cancellation Policy for Tarot Parties and Private Readings

**For the purposes of this policy, a tarot party is a private tarot event in which three or more people will be read. A private tarot reading is a tarot event in which one or two people will be read.**

 

Tarot Party Cancellation policy

 

Tarot parties scheduled between February 1 and August 31:

Ideally, tarot parties should be scheduled no less than two weeks in advance of the event date; however, last-minute event requests will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.

There is no penalty for cancelling a private tarot event (tarot parties or private readings) if it is done with more than 14 days notice (2 weeks).

 

If you choose to schedule me for a tarot party less than two weeks in advance of the event date, I will accept the booking with a credit card; the number, expiration date and security code will need to be provided. Should you need to cancel the party with less than 14 days prior but more than 72 hours prior to the party, your credit card will be charged for the first hour of a tarot party ($75).

 

If a cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to a private tarot event, then your credit card will be charged $135 (2 hours of time).

 

Tarot parties scheduled between September 1 and January 30:

Since this time of year is busier for me, tarot parties should be scheduled no less than three weeks in advance of the event date; however, last-minute event requests will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

There is no penalty for cancelling a tarot party if it is done with more than 21 days notice (3 weeks). Should you need to cancel the event with less than 21 days prior but more than 7 days prior to the event, your credit card will be charged for the first hour of a tarot party ($75). If a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to a private tarot event, then your credit card will be charged $135 (2 hours of time).

 

Private tarot Reading Cancellation Policy

 

Ideally, private tarot readings should be scheduled at least a week in advance. If you choose to schedule me for a private tarot reading less than one week in advance of the date, I will accept the booking with a credit card; the number, expiration date and security code will need to be provided.

If you need to cancel a private reading less than one week prior to the date but more than 72 hours in advance, your credit card will be charged $35 (1/2 hour of time).

If a cancellation for a private tarot reading is received less than 72 hours prior, your credit card will be charged $75 (1 hour of time).

 

Telephone Tarot Reading Cancellation Policy

 

If you have to cancel a telephone tarot reading more than 24 hours in advance, we will reschedule. If a telephone reading is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled reading, we will reschedule but I will accept the booking with a credit card; the number, expiration date and security code will need to be provided.

If you cancel a telephone reading for a second time, your card will be charged for the time of the reading that was scheduled ($30 or $60), and future bookings will require payment in advance.
